I grew up learning solos from AC/DC records, Pink Floyd records, Black Sabbath records, etc. etc. Legally, I am not allowed to show you those licks because I don't own them, but I can show you what learning those licks has done for me. As a budding guitar player, you want to have a mix of influences that in the end creates your own style. In the "Lick of the Week" section, I will show you the licks that my influences helped me to create. Enjoy!
